Personal Responsibility
Community members must be responsible for themselves. In the case of minors, this responsibility ultimately rests with parents or legal guardians. If community rules are violated, the accused will have an opportunity to answer for themselves. Violations can be satisfied by working with community leadership to rectify the situation. Repeated or blatant disregard of community standards can result in membership cancellation.
Mutual Respect
Behavior that is dishonest or disrespectful takes many forms. Voluntas Community members must always treat each other with honesty and mutual respect.
In order to preserve a physically and emotionally safe environment, bullying, threats, personal attacks, and violence are not allowed.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinions. There is nothing wrong with disagreement. However, disagreements should be civil and remain limited to the opinions themselves.
